Hello. My name is Ray Dawn and I am a tour guide, I've been in the wine and tourism industry for 15 years. I love showing tourists around and giving information about our history, our landscape, our great wines and culinary wonders.
The tour guide offered her Sunday to do the tour for us instead. What a lovely and selfless thing to do. Our experience with Ray-Dawn was nothing short of splendid. We were blown away by her knowledge and sheer passion for her work. Ray took her time with us, never rushing nor getting impatient with our questions. Our experience was luxurious, warn and exceptionally memorable. Ray you are a star.
Our guide Ray-Dawn was knowledgable, friendly and incredibly helpful when asked questions. The staff at the information center were very helpful in deciding which lines/tours to take to get the most out of our experience. They even gave us a comprehensive list of local restaurants and pubs to visit to enjoy the diversity in culinary delights!
Our guide for the was Ray Dawn. She was fantastic and made sure our experience was an awesome one, both relaxed and informative. The wines at the three wineries we visit were all very nice. Lunch at the Rickety Bridge Winery was beautiful with the pork belly and the mushroom risotto a standout for us paired with the Shiraz.
